This project focuses on reimagining a historical Spanish Revival house in the heart of Venice Beach into a serene vacation retreat. The design bridges the charm of the original structure with the relaxed, contemporary aesthetic of its vibrant beachside setting.

The transformation emphasizes creating spaces for leisure and rejuvenation. The master bedroom is envisioned as a private bathhouse, featuring a dedicated wet room, a dry sauna, and a large soaking tub oriented to capture stunning ocean views.

In addition to architectural modifications, the house was thoughtfully furnished with custom interior design to complement the contemporary vision. The exteriors were enhanced with a cohesive landscape design, blending native plants and functional outdoor spaces that extend the vacation oasis into the surrounding environment.
